Welcome to Type Zero. By accessing or purchasing products from typezero.shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on typezero.shop are digital downloads, including but not limited to:

  • Sample Packs
  • Preset Packs
  • Audio Files
  • MIDI Files (if applicable)
  • Other downloadable digital content

No physical products will be shipped.

2. License

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes a Royalty-Free License.

You may:

  • Use the purchased products in personal productions.
  • Use the products in commercial music releases.
  • Modify the sounds to suit your own productions.

You may not:

  • Resell the original files.
  • Redistribute the files in any form.
  • Share download links or purchased files with others.
  • Include the original files in another sample pack or preset collection.
  • Claim ownership of the original sounds.

3. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property of TypeZero.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the content according to these Terms & Conditions but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Your payment information is never stored by TypeZero.

5. Downloads

After successful payment, your download will become available immediately.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

If you experience technical problems accessing your downloads, please contact us.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds cannot be issued once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • The downloaded files are corrupted.
  • The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue on our side.

7. Product Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with their software before purchasing.

Please read each product description carefully.

For example:

  • Preset packs require their respective plugins.

Type Zero cannot issue refunds due to incompatible software.

8. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on typezero.shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account with others.

9. Limitation of Liability

Type Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent Dutch courts unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
